Spring shock absorberA vibration control device that is highly sensitive to displacement, primarily used to suppress oscillations during the rebound of spring damping and impacts from the road surface. It is widely applied in mechanical equipment with vibration-damping properties, such as pipelines, industrial equipment, centrifugal fans, refrigeration compressors, cooling towers, refrigeration units, and pumps.
Dampers are primarily used to suppress the oscillation caused by the rebound of the suspension spring after absorption and the impact from the road surface. While the shock-absorbing spring can filter out road vibrations, the spring itself still undergoes reciprocating motion, and the damper is designed to抑制 this spring's jumping. A too-soft damper causes the vehicle body to bounce up and down, while a too-hard damper creates excessive resistance, hindering the normal functioning of the spring. During suspension system modifications, hard dampers should be paired with hard springs; the hardness of the spring is closely related to the vehicle's weight, so heavier vehicles typically use harder dampers. The device connected to the crankshaft is used to counteract the torsional vibration of the crankshaft (i.e., the phenomenon where the crankshaft twists due to the impact force from cylinder ignition).
