Franka Emika Exploration Edition Robot Additional Control Interface FCI (Franka Control Interface)The Control Interface (CI) is an ideal platform for research and testing in force control, motion algorithms, grasping strategies, interaction scenarios, and machine learning. Users can establish a rapid, bidirectional, low-level connection with the robot's body and gripper through the FCI. With the FCI, the workstation PC can be connected to the robot system via quick, direct bidirectional communication. This enables the provision of the robot's current status and the implementation of real-time control at 1 kHz. The exploration version of the robot supports stable ROS development and integration with MoveIt!
