As everyone knows, with the high environmental standards people now hold, the usage of eco-friendly equipment in our normal production processes has increased significantly. However, each piece of equipment may encounter its own issues, such as the expandable sanding room, which can effectively purify the air. But when it does experience problems, how should we address them?
General voltage should be controlled between 60~90kV. Low or high curing temperatures result in low impact resistance and hardness of the coating, poor appearance, lack of luster, and orange peel effects. Incorrect positioning or direction of the spray booth opening leads to a lower powder adhesion rate. Adjust the nozzle direction to spray powder directly into the recessed areas of the workpiece. The spray distance of the oil mist spray purifier generates a strong reverse ionization phenomenon, causing static breakdown, leading to powder combustion or poor line or metallic flash effects; spraying too far reduces the powder output. Contact of the spray with the powder cabinet or metal causes poor grounding of the workpiece, potentially leading to powder combustion fires.
The exterior wall of the polishing room is primarily made of cold-rolled steel plates, while the interior wall can be constructed with aluminum plates. The side walls are equipped with a dual-purpose explosion-proof and maintenance door, facilitating both explosion relief and maintenance access. The leveling room requires the installation of a forced ventilation system to ensure effective leveling of the paint film and efficient extraction of solvent fumes. Additionally, a heat recovery system with an upward supply and return air flow must be connected to the steam-heated curing room structure. During the curing of wooden doors and windows, the curing oven's last 6 meters operate in conjunction with a heating time cycle for the workpieces. As part of the curing oven, the leveling room's two ventilation systems continue to operate without interruption.
