Prior to the shipment of lifting equipment, proper identification records must be maintained. Pre-installation safety inspection and maintenance: Check the integrity of the performance of all major equipment components, inspect visible defects in the main steel structures and connecting parts, as well as the pins and bolts, check the corrosion protection of the equipment surface, create a record, and issue an installation opinion.
Secondly, lifting and hoisting equipment is maintained by designated personnel. After the equipment is delivered and put into use, daily maintenance should be carried out by the equipment operators or full-time staff of the using unit. The installation and maintenance unit has the obligation to supervise and inspect the daily maintenance. The main content of daily maintenance can be summarized as the "Ten Word Method": cleaning, tightening, lubricating, adjusting, and corrosion prevention. Each day, for 10 to 30 minutes before and after shifts, inspect all parts and components of the equipment to ensure normal operation, follow the regulations for oiling and lubrication, pay attention to the normal sound of the mechanical operation, perform cleaning tasks, and complete shift handover procedures to achieve a clean appearance and normal operation of the equipment. Daily maintenance and shift handover records should be compiled into fixed forms and managed as archives.
Again: Cranes and lifting equipment should undergo regular professional check-ups. Regular inspections and maintenance during equipment use: Multiple maintenance and repairs are carried out on the machinery within specified timeframes, focusing on cleaning, lubricating, adjusting, disassembling, and inspecting. Generally, this is a collaborative effort between maintenance personnel and operators.
