Structure Overview:

 

The DW89NC semi-automatic bending machine consists of the head, bending arm, housing, hydraulic system, and control system.


1. Bend Angle Setting


Can be set to bend from 0-180 degrees to your desired angle, simply input on the control panel for overall equipment operation.


Section II: Transmission System


The main oil cylinder is fixed inside the machine head, and the bending arm is bent by the gear rack driven by the cylinder.


Section 3: Clamping Mechanism


The clamping design consisting of three-hole and two-hole plates utilizes the lever principle to construct a stable and firm hold, making it less likely for pipe fittings to slip during bending.


Four. Oil Cooling System


The semi-automatic bending machine is cooled by water, offering excellent cooling effects.
