38 CNC Bending Machine Introduction:
This model is an economical full-automatic 3D CNC bending machine, capable of automatic bending, feeding, and angle rotation. 3D pipe fittings can be bent automatically in one go. The feeding and rotation axes are driven by servo motors and servo drives, while the bending axis is controlled by hydraulic pressure values, with the auxiliary push controlled by a flow control valve to match the speed.
2. Both feed and rotation axes can be adjusted according to the actual workpiece condition, with the computer selecting speeds from 1 to 8. The bending axis speed is matched by adjusting the pressure valve.
3. The electrical control system utilizes renowned brand controllers, ultra-large PLCs, with strong performance and excellent stability.
4. Equipped with a 10.4" color touch screen, featuring a human-machine dialogue operation for ease and clarity. All bending data can be inputted via the touch screen.
5. Screen display text is available in both Chinese and English, with options for switching. Additional languages from other countries can be ordered upon request.
Each pipe fitting can be set with 32 bends (or selected by the user), with a memory capacity to store 330 (or 125) sets of bent pipe data.
7. Once the materials are edited, the key lock feature is activated to prevent unauthorized modifications.
8. Features power-off memory function, allowing data to be preserved for long periods.
9. Features manual, semi-automatic, and fully automatic operation modes. During trial bending, manual decomposed actions can be selected to observe interference points and modify actions.
10. Each bend can be set for simultaneous or independent movement of feeding, bending back, and tube rotation axes to avoid interference points, thereby enhancing production efficiency. There are eight modes to choose from: ① Feeding → Bending Back → Tilt; ② (Feeding + Bending Back) → Tilt; ③ (Feeding + Bending Back + Tilt); ④ Feeding → Tilt → Bending Back; ⑤ (Feeding + Tilt) → Bending Back; ⑥ Bending Back → Feeding → Tilt; ⑦ Tilt → Bending Back → Feeding; ⑧ Bending Back → (Feeding + Tilt).
11. Each bend can be set with a rebound compensation value and demolding gap due to material variations.
12. Delivery methods include direct and clamping. The clamping method can be chosen when cores are not required, allowing for repeated feeding without length limitations on the workpiece.
13. Adjustments for positions such as material holding, safety, and mold interference can all be fine-tuned. The computer features an automatic memory function for positions, eliminating human measurement errors and machine collision issues. It also includes both forward and reverse limit stop functions, providing dual safety assurance.
14. When selecting the direct shipment method, the function to measure the bending elongation ratio of pipe fittings is available, facilitating the calculation of the actual material length used for the pipe fittings.
15. Counting function for workpieces.
16. Features simultaneous zeroing for both axes with just one button press. No need to zero each axis separately; it saves time and ensures accuracy.
17. Equipped with an automatic error detection or machine fault feature, displayed on the screen for easy troubleshooting by the operator.
