Instructions for Use:
Prepare 4-8 psi compressed air.
2) Connect the oil injection nozzle of the oil pump with a high-pressure hose. Ensure the cleanliness of all connection parts during assembly. Tighten the nuts with a wrench to prevent oil leakage.
3) Loosen the lock of the bucket cap, grasp the handle, and gently tilt the pump out of the bucket.
4) Clean and dry the oil storage drum, fill it with oil, level and compact it. Insert the oil level plate and the suction port of the oil pump vertically into the drum, near the bottom is preferable; 12-20 kg oil drums can be directly placed inside the drum for use.
5) Connect the gas source to the quick connector at the air inlet.
6) Connect the gas supply, insert the quick connector into the equipment's intake port. The equipment will perform reciprocating motion; it's normal for exhaust gas to be released through the exhaust port during this reciprocation.
7) Adjust the dosing value of the grease metering valve.
After manually securing the oil filling port, a fueling signal is given. The equipment automatically stops once it has filled the predetermined amount.
