The WQZ401-SK industrial-grade lubricant spray automatic oil injection machine is equipped with pneumatic plunger pumps, oil pressure pans, air lifters, and other components specifically designed for extracting high-viscosity materials. The oil pressure lifting mechanism and oil pressure pan structure for high-viscosity materials feature significant compressive force. This fundamentally compensates for the limitations of the follower plate, which, by adhering to the surface of the material and concentrating it around the bottom valve to assist the pump, is ineffective for high-viscosity oils. It is widely used in working environments requiring high-frequency, concentrated, and quantitative supply of materials such as grease, adhesives, lubricants, and printing inks.
The crane operates through a conversion valve for lifting and lowering, with the pump and oil pan moving accordingly. The oil drum can also be replaced by operating the crane when the material inside is depleted.
