The unit includes the inlet section, middle section, outlet section, impeller, main shaft, and guide vanes, where the impeller is mounted within the guide vanes and outlet section via the main shaft; the guide vanes are positioned within the middle section, and the outlet section features a spiral casing-shaped flow path, with the last stage impeller directly mounted inside the spiral casing.
Adjust the packing gland tightness of the fire pump according to its operating condition. The packing seal should drip water at a rate of 30 to 60 drops per minute.
2. Monitor the wear of packing material and replace it promptly. When replacing packing material, ensure that the interfaces of adjacent packing elements are offset by more than 90 degrees. The water seal pipe should align with the water seal ring, and the outermost packing element should have its opening facing downward.
