Construction sites must implement a closed management system in accordance with the "Beijing City Construction Site Sanitation Standards" with fence heights not less than 1.8 meters. The fence color should be light blue, gray, or white, free of pollution and peeling paint. Construction company logos and project names can be painted in light blue, gray, or white paint on the fence. The standard setting for the company logo and project name is "×× Company constructs×× Project," using the font style of "Fang Song," with a size of 0.6 meters by 0.8 meters (width by height), and the bottom edge of the font should be 0.6 to 0.8 meters from the ground. The font must be correctly standardized, neat, and aesthetically pleasing. Fences may not be used for soil retention or bearing loads, and they may not be leaned against to stack materials. They may not be used to set up temporary sheds, canteens, or toilets. The general contractor is responsible for the installation and management of the construction site fences. For sites not yet under construction, the responsibility falls to the construction unit. The fence management unit should ensure proper maintenance and cleaning to keep the fence clean and free of unauthorized postings, writings, or markings. Any banners or promotional materials placed above the fence must be in accordance with the approved scope, location, quantity, specifications, content, and duration by the municipal administrative department. It is prohibited to use the construction site fence for outdoor advertising. Construction sites that fail to set up fences as required will be subject to penalties by the city and district urban management law enforcement departments; the city and district construction committees will order them to make corrections within a specified time or stop work for rectification. Failure to comply within the deadline will result in referral to the city and district urban management law enforcement departments for handling.
