Electricity issues are always something that requires our special attention. So, what are the power distribution requirements for the Hubei GMP Purification Project? For your reference only.
During construction, there are phenomena such as missing, falling off, damaged, and uneven pipe diameters. Personnel who have lost or fallen out of protective openings due to neglect should be repaired promptly, and those that are damaged and do not match the pipe diameter should be replaced immediately.
2. When copper conductors are connected, if the conductor's winding number is fewer than 5 coils, the disconnected joints must be removed and reconnected according to technical requirements, ensuring they are tightly wrapped and securely fastened to guarantee a reliable connection.
3. Incomplete solder filling at conductor connections, virtual welding, slag, etc., the soldering temperature should be appropriate, the solder wash should be even, and after coating, the solder wash should be wiped in excess solder paste, maintaining cleanliness of the joint area.
4. Damage to the conductor core is due to overuse and improper use of the stripping pliers. When stripping, select the appropriate blade based on the wire diameter.
5. Insufficient soldering on multi-soft copper wire brushes should be promptly repaired with soldering.
6. Joint is not smooth. Repackaging should be done according to technical requirements.
7. Loosened helical screw, core exposed. Improper wiring terminals and insufficient iron core shear allowance lead to loose support and excessive iron core shear time, causing the core to protrude. Selection should be based on the wire cross-section and the corresponding number of wire components in qualified products; a core with a reserved length of 1.2 meters is suitable.
After tube splicing, the mold is not centered, and it does not fit properly and lacks sufficient depth; therefore, it is recommended to choose a qualified mold for splicing.
Line insulation resistance is low. Potential water intrusion or insulation damage in the pipeline can lead to low insulation resistance in the lines. The sludge in the pipeline should be cleaned or replaced promptly.
10. Single-core copper wires with a cross-sectional area of 10mm or less can be directly connected to the terminals of electrical appliances. However, multi-core copper wires should be tightened, coated with enamel, and then connected.
