After the purification project is completed, it's time to increase the intensity of clean control. So, how should Wuhan's cleanroom maintain its cleanliness once it is officially built?
Firstly, maintain a positive pressure in the clean room air conditioning rooms, as if the room's negative or positive pressure is lower than that of the adjacent room, outdoor and surrounding room air will enter through the gaps in the doors and windows. Particularly in the cleaning of air conditioning systems, the room with a higher cleaning grade has a higher positive pressure than other rooms, which is also to avoid further contamination after cleaning is completed.
We must also ensure the rationality of air flow organization in the clean room. If the air flow organization is disrupted, due to excessive vortices, polluted air currents near the walls and ground will spread to the indoor work area. Therefore, the workbenches and associated equipment in the clean room must consider the rationality of air flow organization. For instance, equipment should not block the return air outlets, and the louvers of the return air outlets need to be cleaned regularly and controlled.
The dust-free workshop must strengthen the management of clean air conditioning and enhance the filtration stage. Employees must adhere to the system and operational procedures to ensure indoor hygiene meets purification requirements. Additionally, regular cleaning and replacement of air filters, scheduled maintenance of air conditioning equipment, and periodic measurement of indoor dust concentration and positive pressure values are necessary.
