The conduit tube, serving as the core component of the expansion joint compensator, is an inner-lined cylindrical shell made of stainless steel and other metallic materials. It optimizes the flow path of the medium, reducing erosion and vibration on the bellows, and protects the bellows structure under high temperature, high pressure, or strong scouring conditions. The conduit tube is widely used in thermal pipelines, sludge treatment, and nuclear power systems [1] [4]. Its length must cover the displacement range of the compensator, and during installation, it must ensure that the overlap length with the end tube is ≥100mm [1-2]. In cases where the weld strength of the conduit tube is insufficient, high-speed medium can lead to the overall detachment.
