**Furnace Methods and Precautions**

During the furnace construction process, to minimize damage to refractory materials during transportation, the refractory bricks used for the furnace lining are often shipped without being fully dried. Therefore, it is essential to strictly follow the drying (curing) procedure after the equipment arrives at the factory or the furnace lining undergoes major repairs. Conventional drying methods typically maintain a low temperature of 200-300℃ for an extended period, but this method can only remove surface moisture and is difficult to completely eliminate the residual crystalline and bound water in the deep interior and the sandwich layer of the furnace lining.
