The production line in this series is used to transform various specifications of hot-rolled medium and thick plate coils (3mm-25mm) into flat sheets of the required length through uncoiling, leveling, and cutting.
The production line is primarily composed of material feeding trolleys, double-top uncoiling machines, hydraulic bucket head pressing and pulling mechanisms, initial straightening machines, precision straightening machines, shearing machines, material stacking racks, matched electrical control systems, and hydraulic systems. Additionally, oscillating intermediate plates and deviation correction devices are equipped between the machines.
