Application Scope

1. Equipment requiring high-precision installation, including one-time and two-time grouting of the equipment foundation.
2. Rebar embedding and anchor bolt anchoring for construction and geotechnical engineering.
3. Structural reinforcement and renovation projects, including beam-column joints, expansion joints, and construction joints casting.
4. For emergency repair construction of roads, bridges, tunnels, airports, etc.
5. Rail sleeper anchoring construction.
6. Column wet wrapped steel reinforcement for filling in angle iron and column gap joints.

The pulping process employs a high-speed pulping machine, adding an appropriate amount of water to clean the equipment while also moistening the drum walls. Then, fill water to the 81kg marking on the pulping machine, turn on the mixing and circulating pumps, and uniformly add 300kg (12 bags) of slurry. The pulping machine should be in operation during the addition process. After the feeding is complete, mix for 3 to 5 minutes, then transfer the pulp to the storage tank and mix until the pressure-pulping is finished.
