Distillation Tower

This unit is suitable for the recovery of dilute alcohol in food, light industry, and chemical industries. It is also applicable for distillation of methanol and other solvents. According to user requirements, this unit can distill dilute alcohol around 30℃ to 90℃-95℃ alcohol. The higher the finished product's alcohol content requirement, the greater the reflux ratio can be increased, but the yield will correspondingly decrease. The W-type can also be used for methanol distillation. The W-type is batch operation, while the ZW-type is continuous.
