The head spinning machine is easy to operate and simple to learn. The molds are lightweight and require no lifting equipment. One person can easily complete the mold installation and the entire spinning process. The operation involves fixing the blank plate on the mold of the spinning machine, placing it above the work disk, then securing it with the clamping mechanism. After starting the machine, the blank and mandrel rotate together, with roller feed and pressure applied, causing the blank to tightly adhere to the mandrel and gradually deform locally, expanding the local plastic deformation to the entire surface of the material.
The head spinning machine is tightly attached to the mold. During the spinning process, the lifting and lowering device is slowly adjusted to allow the driving shaft to slowly lower the spinning roller die. It rotates and descends simultaneously. To ensure that the R-arc of the spun front disk meets the drawing specifications, the head spinning machine can use a front disk arc profile template for verification at a certain point in the spinning process, until the requirements are met. This allows for the high-quality formation of various fan components.
