Purpose:
This unit is suitable for the recovery of dilute alcohol in the food, light industry, and chemical industries. It is also applicable for the distillation of methanol and other solvents. Depending on the user's requirements, it can distill dilute alcohol from around 30℃ to 90℃-95℃ alcohol. If a higher finished alcohol content is required, the reflux ratio can be increased, but the yield will correspondingly decrease.
Structure and Features:
This unit is filled with stainless steel material. The distillation tower is made of stainless steel to prevent iron filings from blocking the tower's packing, thereby extending the unit's lifespan. All parts of the unit that come into contact with alcohol, such as condensers, pressure vessels, and cooling coils, are made of stainless steel to ensure the purity of the finished alcohol. The distillation kettle uses removable U-shaped heating pipes, which can be pulled out of the kettle for cleaning during inspections, making it easier to clean the outer surface of the heating pipes and the kettle walls. The unit can operate in intermittent, semi-continuous, or continuous production modes.
