The air cooler is suitable for placement on the downwind side of the facility where the wind frequency is relatively low throughout the year.
2. Be installed above the main corridor, at the top of the framework, or at the top of the tower.
3. Should not be installed above the operation temperature equal to or exceeding the material's spontaneous combustion point, or above the equipment for conveying and storing liquefied hydrocarbons; otherwise, fire-resistant barrier partitions should be used for protection.
When multiple air coolers are arranged together, they should be in a uniform arrangement, preferably in a row formation; it is advisable to avoid a mix of row and column arrangements.
5. Sloped-roofed equipment should not face the prevailing summer wind direction for ventilation. It is advisable to be arranged in rows; if arranged in a row, there should be at least 3 meters of space between the two rows.
The distance between the frame pillars of the two side-by-side installed humidifying or combined humidifying and drying air coolers should not be less than 3 meters.
Ensure platforms are installed at both ends of the conduit boxes and the transmission machinery.
Ensure that adequate maintenance space and pathways are provided on the ground adjacent to the framework or main corridor of the air cooler.
