304 Stainless Steel Decorative Sheet/Color Sheet/Titanium Plate

304 Stainless Steel Decorative Sheets/Color Sheets/Titanium Plate are gaining wider applications. Chinese colored stainless steel boasts the unique luster and strength of metal, along with a vibrant, enduring color palette. The colored stainless steel sheets not only maintain the physical, chemical, and mechanical properties of the original color stainless steel but also exhibit superior corrosion resistance compared to the original color stainless steel.

Basic Introduction

Color-coated stainless steel sheets have gained widespread application in recent years due to their uniqueness. Now, they are extensively used for decorative purposes in buildings abroad, and color-coated stainless steel sheets have become all the rage. Chinese color-coated stainless steel boasts the distinctive luster and strength of metal, as well as vibrant and enduring colors. These sheets not only maintain the physical, chemical, and mechanical properties of the original stainless steel but also offer superior corrosion resistance. As a result, since their introduction in the 1970s, they have been widely utilized in the construction materials, chemical, automotive, electronics, and arts and crafts industries.

In commonly used base color stainless steels, austenitic stainless steel is an appropriate material for coloring, resulting in a satisfactory color appearance. Ferritic stainless steel, due to the increased likelihood of corrosion in coloring solutions, yields less vibrant colors than the former. Low-chromium, high-carbon martensitic stainless steel, with poorer corrosion resistance, can only achieve dull colors or a black surface. It is reported that after austenitic stainless steel is colored using low-temperature surface oxidation treatment, it maintains its colored luster without change when exposed to industrial atmospheres for 6 years, to marine atmospheres for 1.5 years, immersed in boiling water for 28 days, or heated to approximately 300°C. Additionally, it can withstand general pressing, drawing, bending, and work hardening processes. WiQ Industrial Design. China Currently, colored stainless steel, in addition to being used for building exterior walls and window frames, finds applications in many other fields. For instance, black stainless steel sheets can be used to make solar heat collectors, achieving an absorption rate of 91% to 93%. In the field of arts and crafts, combining colored stainless steel with printing techniques allows for the production of non-fading three-dimensional bas-relief murals and screens, among other items. Moreover, using colored stainless steel to manufacture household appliances, cooking utensils, kitchenware, and bathroom fixtures is favored by consumers.

The current colored stainless steel sheets boast vibrant colors and are an excellent decorative material. They offer strong corrosion resistance, high mechanical properties, long-lasting color retention on the surface, and the ability to change hues with varying light angles. Additionally, the colored surface can withstand temperatures up to 200°C and has superior salt spray corrosion resistance compared to standard stainless steel. The abrasion and scratch resistance of colored stainless steel sheets is equivalent to that of foil gold coating. When bent to 90 degrees, the colored layer remains undamaged, making it suitable for decorative panels in halls, ceilings, elevator cabs, vehicle bodies, architectural ornamentation, signs, and more, with their primary application being for decorative wall surfaces.

Some commercial buildings are already using this colored stainless steel sheet.

Colorful stainless steel sheets have become a dazzling group in the stainless steel series; we specialize in manufacturing colorful stainless steel vacuum镀膜 titanium gold plates, offering a full range of colors including gold, champagne gold, black gold, gun black, silver white, silver gray, antique bronze, bronze, rose gold, purple gold, coffee gold, gem blue, rainbow, tea color, etc. The material of the titanium gold plates is stainless steel 201, 202, 304, etc.; surface finishes include 8K, 2B, BA, brushed, No.3, No.4; stainless steel plates, BA plates, 8K mirror plates, titanium gold plates, frosted plates, etched plates, embossed plates, etc.

1. The surface of colored stainless steel sheets can be treated with a new process called fingerprint-free technology. This technique primarily employs nanolayer technology to form an extremely thin yet extremely durable protective layer on the surface of colored stainless steel sheets. Since it prevents human fingerprints from leaving marks, it is also known as fingerprint-free colored stainless steel sheets. The fingerprint-free treatment process can be applied to various finishes like mirror-polished, brushed, sandblasted, and etched sheets, resulting in a fingerprint-free effect and significantly enhancing rust resistance.

2. Color stainless steel plates have strong molding capabilities, overcoming the drawback of wooden materials' lack of versatility. Moreover, as a metal material, they offer superior flame retardancy, resistance to mildew, corrosion, moisture, and environmental friendliness. The color is achieved through vacuum ion plating, resulting in a rich and durable surface layer. This is especially true for brushed or sandblasted finishes, which exhibit better wear resistance compared to other surface textures.

4. Color stainless steel sheets change the fragile perception of wooden panels, offering greater durability and enhanced anti-sagging properties for floor products compared to wood materials.

5. Materials like stone and wood are prone to mold or weathering when in contact with water for long periods in kitchens. Other metals are also not suitable for use in humid kitchen decor. Therefore, colored stainless steel is far more suitable for cabinet decoration. However, this type of metal also varies in quality, with the most commonly used being 201 and 304 stainless steel sheets. Sheets made of 304 material offer stronger rust resistance.

Categories

I. Categorized by Process

Electroplating

Electroplating; Galvanization: A process that applies a metal coating to the surface of metal or other materials using electrolysis. It serves to prevent corrosion, enhance wear resistance, conductivity, reflectivity, and improve aesthetics.

B. Water Plating

A process for forming a metal plating by continuously reducing metal ions on a self-catalytic surface through chemical reduction reactions, utilizing reductants within the electroplating bath, without relying on an external power source in the aqueous solution.

C: Fluorocarbon Paint

Fluoropolymer-based coating; also known as fluorocarbon paint, fluoropolymer coating

D. Spray Painting

Spraying paint in a mist using compressed air onto stainless steel plates, creating various colors.

II. Surface Appearance

Mirror panel (8K), brushed panel (LH), frosted panel, embossed panel, sandblasted panel, etched panel, embossed panel, composite panel (assembly panel)

1. Colorful stainless steel mirror panel

8K panels, also known as mirror panels, are polished on the surface of stainless steel plates using an abrasive liquid through polishing equipment, resulting in a clear, mirror-like sheen on the plate surface, followed by electroplating and coloring.

2. Colorful brushed stainless steel sheet

Drawn plate (LH), also known as hairline, due to its fine, straight lines resembling hair. The surface has a silky texture, a finishing process for stainless steel. The surface is matte, with a subtle grain visible upon close inspection, but not tactile. It is more wear-resistant than standard bright stainless steel, giving it a more upscale appearance. There are various patterns for the drawn plate, including hairline (HL), snowflake sandblast (NO4), cross-hatch, cross lines, and more. All patterns are processed to specification on an oil-polished drawing machine, followed by electroplating and coloring.

3. Color-coated Stainless Steel Shot Blasting Sheet

Zirconium bead particles for sandblasting panels are processed on the surface of stainless steel plates through mechanical equipment, creating a fine bead-like sand finish on the surface for a unique decorative effect. Then, electroplating and coloring are applied.

.4 Color stainless steel composite process board

In accordance with process requirements, various techniques such as polishing, etching, coating, and sandblasting are combined on a single panel for integrated process processing. Subsequently, electroplating and coloring are applied.

5. Colorful stainless steel and patterned board

Whether it's a plain weave board or a brushed board, they all belong to a type of sandblasted board. The difference lies in the surface condition of these boards, hence the different terminology.

6. Colorful etched stainless steel sheet
