Air Shower Principle of Operation:

Air shower rooms, also known as air bath dust rooms, air shower chambers, air shower doors, and air blow-off rooms (commonly referred to as AIR SHOWER, air shower equipment, and air shower machines), are essential passageways for personnel entering and exiting cleanrooms. They also act as buffer zones to seal cleanrooms from the atmosphere, serving as effective equipment for dust removal of personnel and preventing outdoor air contamination within the cleanroom. They are also a necessary facility for personnel passage in current cleanroom production workshops.

The airlock chamber utilizes a jet of airflow. The variable-speed centrifugal fan pressurizes the air, which has been filtered through a pre-filter in the vacuum box, into the static pressure box. The clean airflow is then blown out through the exhaust face at a certain wind speed, carrying away dust and biological particles from people and objects within the working area, thereby achieving the goal of cleanliness.
