I. Introduction to Hollow Grouting Anchor Bolts:
The hollow grouting anchor body is essentially the grouting tube. After injecting grouting fluid, it not only anchors the rod but also, when the grouting pressure is high, some of the grout seeps into the cracks of the anchor hole, reinforcing the surrounding rock. A plug and a vent pipe should be installed in the upward hole.
The main components of hollow anchor bars include: hollow anchor bar body, plug, washer, nut, and anchor head (drill bit).

4. Precautions for the Construction of Hollow Grouting Anchor Bolts
Casting workers must wear protective gear.
Thoroughly inspect machinery, equipment, and wiring to prevent electric shock injuries.
● Operators strictly follow the operational procedures.
The grouting worker and the grouting pump operator must be well-coordinated.
Once casting is complete, close the valve first, then attend to the slurry pump.
