Door seal

The door seal is primarily used for sealing the exit of factory buildings and between loading and unloading trucks to reduce the alternation of indoor and outdoor air currents, prevent the entry of external dust and debris, and ensure the internal factory environment. To meet the client's requirements for dust and rain prevention, as well as sealing effectiveness, adjustments need to be made based on the dimensions of the loading trucks, the size of the door opening, and the specific on-site conditions.

Mechanical door seal performance features:

★Low on-site foundation requirements, more economical, maintenance-free, and long-lasting.

Mechanical Hood Performance Features:

★ Widely applicable to various truck models, exerting minimal pressure on special architectural structures.

★ Average sealing, requires high on-site foundation quality.

★ Low-maintenance, long service life, high overall cost-performance ratio

Inflatable Door Seal Performance Features:

★Suitable for trucks of various specifications and sizes, particularly for refrigerated warehouses and those with significant temperature differences between the inside and outside.

★Electromagnetic button start, the airbag inflation ensures a good sealing effect, effectively preventing the convection of internal and external gases.

★ Compared to mechanical door seals, they are more expensive, have higher requirements for on-site foundations, and have slightly higher maintenance costs.
