Door seal

The door seal is primarily used to seal the exit of the factory and the loading/unloading trucks, reducing the alternation of air flow between the inside and outside, preventing the entry of dust and debris from the outside, and ensuring the internal factory environment. To meet the customer's requirements for dust and rain resistance and sealing effectiveness, it is necessary to customize according to the dimensions of the loading trucks, the size of the door opening, and the specific on-site conditions.

Product selection and design; there are three types of door seals: mechanical door seal, mechanical door hood, and pneumatic door seal, suitable for various occasions and able to meet the majority of customers' needs.

Performance Features:

Mechanical door seal performance features:

★Limited application scope, relatively uniform for trucks, with good sealing properties.

★ Made with high-elastic sponge and wrapped in imported PVC woven material, it withstands wind and sun exposure.

Low on-site foundation requirements, more economical, maintenance-free, long lifespan.

Mechanical door canopy performance features:

★ Widely applicable to various truck models, exerting minimal pressure on building structures.

★ Generally good sealing, with high requirements for on-site foundation.

★ Low-maintenance, long lifespan, high overall cost-performance ratio

Inflatable door seal features:

★Suitable for trucks of various sizes and dimensions, especially for refrigerated storage and warehouses with significant temperature differences between the inside and outside.

★Electromagnetic button start, the airbag inflates for a good sealing effect, effectively preventing the convection of internal and external gases.

★ Compared to mechanical door seals, they are more expensive, have higher requirements for on-site foundations, and have slightly higher maintenance costs.
