Cement Brick MachineThe device wobbles when it descends. Typically, the signs of this phenomenon are as follows:
Poor connection in the circuit of the cement brick machine, solenoid coil, or small relay.
Troubleshooting: Inspect the lines and eliminate the fault.
There is air in the cylinder head.
Exclusion Method: Release air through the exhaust port of the cement brick machine's proportional valve, then adjust the pilot sequence valve appropriately to allow the pressure head to descend smoothly.
3. The pilot sequence valve is too loose, causing the pressure head to drop too quickly; or the pilot sequence valve is stuck or damaged.
Adjust the pilot sequence valve appropriately to allow the pressure head to descend slowly. Otherwise, clean or replace the pilot sequence valve.
4. The high-pressure adjustment of the small pump overflow valve is too small.
Procedure: Adjust the high-pressure overflow valve of the cement brick machine's small pump to the normal level (8-10MPA).
