The vacuum oven is placed on the dry ground and worktop inside the facility, without the need for additional mounting devices.

Install circuit breakers or air switches in the power supply lines for the vacuum oven, and use conductors twice the cross-sectional area of the power lines as grounding wires.

Before powering on, check the electrical performance of the vacuum oven and be mindful of any circuit breaks or leakage.

4. Once everything is ready, place the sample inside, close the vacuum drying chamber door, and if necessary, turn the exhaust valve to allow an opening of approximately 10mm.

5. Once powered on, simply turn on the heating switch, and adjust the vacuum oven's temperature dial to the desired working temperature.

6. Pay attention to the standardization of operations.

When the temperature reaches the required working temperature, switch to green light off, then finely adjust to green light on again. The alternating blinking of this indicator light is the constant temperature point. At this time, you can further adjust the rotary switch to turn off the green light to maintain a constant temperature (it is likely that the temperature will continue to rise even when it is at constant temperature, which is due to residual heat. This phenomenon will stabilize within about half an hour). Once the temperature inside the working chamber is stable (i.e., the "constant temperature state"), you can then slightly adjust the temperature controller to improve the accuracy of temperature control. Using this method, any working temperature can be selected.

8. When the drying chamber is at a constant temperature, the high-temperature switch should be turned off, leaving only a group of electric heaters in operation to avoid excessive power and impact on the accuracy of the constant temperature. When the working temperature is below 150°C, only a single heating element needs to be active, and the high-temperature switch should be closed.
