Wastewater treatment equipment utilizes advanced technology and manufacturing techniques from both domestic and international sources. It is primarily made of glass fiber reinforced plastic, Q235 steel plate with rubber lining for corrosion resistance, and stainless steel. This equipment is mainly used for the treatment and recycling of domestic wastewater, as well as similar organic wastewater from small and medium-sized scale breeding, slaughtering, and food processing in hospitals, residential communities, office buildings, schools, highway service areas, and tourist attractions. I. Equipment Structure:
WSZ-AO Wastewater Treatment Equipment is an integrated unit for treating domestic wastewater and similar waste water, featuring biological degradation, sedimentation, oxidation, and disinfection processes. It boasts a compact structure, occupies minimal space, is fully installed underground, operates economically, has strong shock absorption capacity, and achieves high treatment efficiency. The equipment primarily employs the mature A/O biochemical treatment process and consists of anoxic tank, contact oxidation tank, secondary sedimentation tank, clear water tank, sludge tank, and a fan room.
II. Equipment Features:
1. The WSZ series of domestic wastewater treatment equipment is buried below ground level. The ground surface above the equipment can be used for landscaping or other purposes without the need for construction or heating/insulation. Treatment units with a capacity of less than 30t/h are typically made of A3 steel plate and are treated for corrosion resistance; for units above 50t/h, reinforced concrete is generally used, also treated for corrosion resistance.
2. The third-level biological contact oxidation process employs a plug flow design, offering superior treatment efficiency compared to complete mixing or two-stage sequential complete mixing biological contact oxidation pools. It is also smaller in volume than activated sludge pools, exhibits strong adaptability to water quality, good resistance to shock loads, and ensures stable effluent quality without sludge bulking. The pool utilizes new elastic three-dimensional fillers, which have a large surface area, facilitating easy biofilm formation and detachment. Under the same organic load, they achieve high organic matter removal rates and can increase the solubility of oxygen in water.
3. The reaction pond utilizes the biological contact oxidation process, with a low volume load of the filling material. Microorganisms are in their self-oxidation phase, resulting in minimal sludge production. Sludge is only required to be discharged once every three months (90 days) or more, either by vacuuming with a manure truck or dewatering into sludge bricks for external transportation.
4. The equipment utilizes a blower that not only employs conventional noise reduction measures (such as vibration isolating pads, mufflers, etc.) but also features a noise reduction device at the entrance of the blower room. This ensures that the noise level during operation is less than 50 dB(A), meeting the requirements of quiet residential areas and having minimal impact on the surrounding environment.
5. The buried domestic wastewater treatment equipment features deodorization methods beyond conventional high-level exhaust, including soil deodorization measures.
6. The entire equipment processing system is equipped with an automatic electrical control system and a device fault alarm system, ensuring safe and reliable operation. Generally, no dedicated personnel management is required; only regular maintenance and care for the equipment are necessary.
