Lift Truck Boarding Features:
1. Lifting Arm: Four telescopic sections with length sensors installed. The sensors automatically trigger an alarm if the lifting angle or height exceeds the safe operating range controlled by the PLG. The lifting angle and height are displayed on the electric control panel for easy visibility. Single hydraulic lifting cylinder equipped with a bi-directional balance valve for stable and reliable operation. The vehicle is not equipped with a lifting hook.
2. Four hydraulic legs: Each leg is equipped with a leg extension sensor and features a bi-directional hydraulic lock installed separately. These ensure that the legs will not retract automatically after being lowered; if they are not fully extended or not extended at all, an alarm will sound, and the upper locking mechanism will prevent operation, guaranteeing safe operation. The leg control valve is manual, allowing individual control of the four legs.
3. Central rotation of 360 degrees, dual-position operation on the rotation and work bucket, PLC electric control (consisting of two electric control boxes).
4. Work Bucket: Capable of horizontal and vertical movement for convenient operation. The work bucket has a load limit of 200kg.
5. Equipped with a power unit, which means: In case the main vehicle fails, this power unit can be used as an emergency measure, enabling the extension of the arm and the telescopic movement of the legs. This action is controlled by both a manual switch and an electric control switch, offering flexible operation.
