Wastewaters come in various types, each with diverse characteristics and numerous treatment methods. Our company's wastewater or effluent treatment approach is tailored to the characteristics of the liquid material, utilizing① The multi-effect evaporation process or ② multi-effect evaporation + drying process or ③ multi-effect evaporation + crystallization process treats wastewater or sewage, ensuring the separated water meets discharge standards, with the moisture content of the dried solids below 20%. The challenges in wastewater and sewage treatment are to achieve national discharge standards for treated water while also reducing treatment costs.

We can propose a comprehensive solution that ensures both compliance with effluent standards and economic efficiency, based on the specific parameters of the wastewater or sewage provided by the user.No Chinese content provided. Our innovative process solutions manufacture equipment that meets user satisfaction.

Preheater: In most cases, the solution to be evaporated must be heated before entering the evaporator.

Heater: The solution to be evaporated needs to exchange heat with the steam from the heat source within the evaporator to produce evaporation. Different types of evaporators are selected based on the properties of the solution.

Separator: Used for the separation of steam and liquids, different separators can be chosen based on the properties of the solutions. Common types include centrifugal separators, gravity separators, or separators with special structures.

The Vacuum System: Maintains the vacuum level of the entire system by extracting a portion of air, non-condensable gases, and gases introduced with the solution, in order to achieve a stable evaporation state.

Pumps: For transferring solutions that are to be evaporated and concentrated solutions. Different types of pumps are chosen based on the nature of the solutions, typically including centrifugal pumps, positive displacement pumps, and screw pumps.

MVR Compressor System: Provides a steam heat source by compressing secondary steam, enhancing its thermal efficiency. A variety of compressors can be chosen based on different flow rate and compression ratio requirements. For increased pressure boost, multi-stage compressors can be used in series.

Control System: The MVR Evaporation System Control Center regulates motor speed to control valves, flowmeters, temperature, and pressure, achieving automatic evaporation, cleaning, and shutdown operations. It features automatic alarms and a protective system to prevent damage, maintaining dynamic balance within the system.

Cleaning Systems: After a period of evaporation, different solutions may experience scaling. Generally, over 99% of scaling can be removed by adding chemical solvents. Typically, CIP in-situ cleaning or dismantling for cleaning can be employed.

Our wastewater treatment and effluent treatment equipment features:

1. Fully automated equipment (also operable semi-automatically)No content provided for translation.Staffed, user-friendly, effective water treatment, clean with no odor.

2. Save on investment and operational costs (labor, electricity, steam costs)

3. No chemical additives required during operation

4. Equipment is manufactured using anti-corrosion materials tailored to the characteristics of wastewater or sewage.

5. User-friendly system, easy to operate

6. Compact in size, occupying minimal space

7. Equipment performance is stable with continuous operation

Some water sources that have been evaporated can be reused, thus saving costs on tap water.

9. Some wastewater can turn waste into gold, with concentrates or crystals that can be reused or sold to others, saving energy and boosting economic benefits.
