It is also ideal for low-temperature vacuum concentration of heat-sensitive materials with small batch sizes and a variety of types.
II. Equipment Composition
The single-effect concentrator is mainly composed of a tube bundle heater, an evaporation chamber, a circulation tube, a condenser, a receiver tank, and other auxiliary equipment.

Alcohol Recovery: High recovery capacity, utilizing vacuum concentration process. Improves over older models by 5-10 times, reduces energy consumption by 30%, features low investment and high recovery benefits.

Concentrated Liquid Material: This equipment utilizes external heating, natural circulation, and vacuum negative pressure evaporation methods, with fast evaporation speed and a concentration ratio up to 1.3. The liquid material is concentrated without foam in a fully sealed state. The concentrated medication produced by this equipment is pollution-free and has a strong taste, plus it is easy to clean (simply open the top and bottom covers of the heater for cleaning).
3. The equipment is easy to operate and occupies minimal space. The heater and evaporator feature stainless steel insulated structures, with insulation using polyurethane foam. The outer surface is treated with a sandblasted matte finish, meeting GMP standards.
