Our machine utilizes advanced technology of "oil-water mixture" and "water naturally cooling in the air," revolutionizing the structure of traditional frying equipment and fundamentally eliminating the drawbacks of conventional fryers. This has led the way for a new culinary trend in the new century, and the launch of this series has been recognized by the industry as a groundbreaking innovation in frying equipment. To meet the needs of hotels, inns, guesthouses, schools, corporate cafeterias, fried food manufacturers, and chain stores, our company has specially developed and produced three series with over thirty models, including electric heating, thermal oil heating, and coal heating types, for selection.

1. Full-range automatic oil temperature control, with adjustable settings from 0 to 230 degrees, ideal for frying food that meets various process requirements.

2. The lower section is equipped with a temperature measurement device, allowing for a clear and immediate view of the water temperature. Moreover, the water temperature can be set, and when it exceeds the set temperature, cooling measures can be taken for comparison. This helps to preemptively prevent the water from boiling. (Special varieties are also equipped with an automatic cooling function.)

3. The oil-water separator is equipped with an observation glass tube and an oil release valve detection device. The water level can be measured with greater accuracy.

4. Designed with the internationally-standardized oil-water mixing process, it consumes 50% less cooking oil compared to traditional deep-frying pans. It extends the lifespan of the oil, prevents the formation of carbonized oil, and can recoup the equipment investment in just six months.

The food produced using this fryer technology boasts excellent luster and vibrant colors, significantly enhancing the quality grade of the product, and also resolves the issue of excessive acidification in fried foods.

6. With this frying equipment, the food residue generated during the frying process can be filtered through water and settle at the bottom of the funnel, then discharged through the drain. This not only achieves the purpose of filtering the oil but also prevents oil waste.

7. Multi-functional with no need for oil changes, capable of frying a variety of foods without smoke or flavor transfer, saving time and being environmentally friendly. Compared to regular fryers, the food fried in this machine contains no heavy metals or other harmful substances to humans.

8. The equipment features an automatic discharge mechanism for easy operation, ensuring consistent color and frying level across the entire batch of products. The package also includes an oil-saving cart, preventing any wastage.
