1. Complete Machine Structure

The machine features a fully welded structure, consisting of side panels, workbench, oil tank, supports, synchronous shaft, and slider, etc.

II. Technology & Craftsmanship

1. Integrated hydraulic control system with a compact structure, reducing pipeline connections, enhancing system reliability and ease of maintenance.

2. Utilizing扭轴同步, two synchronous swing arms are installed at both ends of the slider to ensure the slider's movement remains parallel to the workbench at all times. The mechanical stopper locates at the oil cylinder's lower stroke, maintaining a consistent bending angle without drift during continuous operation. A deflection compensation mechanism is added to the upper mold.

3. Material stop and slider stroke adjustment with manual fine-tuning and digital display. The hydraulic power unit has a compact structure, is easy to install, and uses an integrated hydraulic valve block with the number of oil passages and connectors minimized. Slider drive, wide speed adjustment range, and smooth, reliable operation.

4. The upper mold is equipped with a deflection compensation mechanism, which is easy to adjust.
