The machine features a fully welded structural design, consisting of the left and right side panels, worktable, oil tank, support blocks, synchronous shaft, and sliding blocks, etc.

II. Technology and Craftsmanship

1. Integrated hydraulic control system, featuring a compact structure that reduces pipeline connections, enhancing system reliability and ease of maintenance.

2. Utilizing twisted shaft synchronization, two synchronous pendulum arms are mounted at both ends of the slider, ensuring the slider's movement remains parallel to the workbench. The hydraulic cylinder's lower stroke is mechanically blocked for positioning, maintaining consistent bending angles without drift during continuous operation. The upper mold is equipped with a deflection compensation mechanism.

3. Material stop and slider stroke adjustment with manual fine-tuning and digital display. The hydraulic power unit has a compact structure, easy installation, and utilizes an integrated hydraulic valve block with minimized oil passages and connections. The slider transmission offers a wide speed adjustment range and operates smoothly and reliably.

4. The upper mold is equipped with a deflection compensation mechanism, making adjustment easy.
