During maintenance, the pump was first removed from the oil tank, the motor and bracket were disassembled, the pump housing and impeller were separated, the bearings were loosened, the six hex bolts were held, and then the positive pump shaft and bearing components were pulled together for repair.

When replacing the bearing and pump shaft, first remove the nuts and couplings from the slurry pump shaft. Loosen the 12 screws on the upper and lower bearing caps, then lift the bearing upwards.

During equipment maintenance and reinstallation, first install the bearing housing and bearings on the top of the pump shaft. Seal the upper and lower bearing covers, attach the coupling and round nut, align with the bend of the pump shaft, and insert the bearing housing pump downward into the pump body. Mount the pump sleeve on the central seat, adjust the space between the impeller and the lower pump housing. Glue the impeller, lower shaft sleeve, and impeller cap together onto the pump shaft with phenolic resin. After the phenolic mud sets completely, install the pump cover. Once the equipment is installed, roll the pump shaft on the coupling by hand to check for normal operation.
