Aluminum channel ceiling decoration (U-shaped aluminum channel, U-channel) consists of channels, joists, hangers, and installation accessories. So, how should the aluminum channel ceiling be installed?

1. Tension horizontal lines according to customer's drawing requirements for level height, ensuring both vertical and horizontal alignments are properly tensioned.

2. Install light steel studs (38 or 50 studs) at appropriate spacing, usually 1-1.2m apart, with hanger distances distributed according to the specifications of the light steel studs.

3. Install the pre-mounted hangers on the steel joists, along with the aluminum channel joists, beneath the light steel joists. The spacing of the channel joists is generally 1m. After full installation, ensure they are adjusted to be level.

4. Align the aluminum channels in order and hang them onto the ceiling grid. Then, press down the toggle clips. The ends of the aluminum channels should maintain a distance of 10mm or 20mm.

5. When installing aluminum channel, gloves must be worn. If fingerprints or stains are accidentally left, they can be washed off with detergent and hot water, then wiped dry. Do not peel off the protective film during installation.
