The Dazhou selection machine is nearing completion. The sifter is composed of parts such as the housing, horizontal feed opening, discharge opening, and housing shell. The separator is mainly composed of parts such as the motor (or electric motor), reducer, impeller, and housing. The Working Principle of the Separator Machine:
The raw materials fed into the machine are rotated by the motor (or electric motor) through a reducer, causing the impeller to spin and the inlet sieve to rotate continuously. This allows for a quick mixing of the materials with air at the discharge outlet, enabling the particles to combine with moisture in the air, forming a "film" on the blade surface, and generating centrifugal force that throws the particles outward. This "powder" enters the gas within the housing, along with the material, under the effect of centrifugal force, and is discharged from the outlet along with the airflow. This gas is drawn into the casing and recirculated by the fan's high-speed operation, creating a negative pressure to intake the exhausted gas. The separator is now in normal production after being installed with the conveyor belt and discharge belt.
