Due to the rapid development of the construction industry, the demand for natural sand in our country can no longer meet the needs, leading to a significant increase in the demand for artificial sand.


Yancheng Xinjingyuan has developed the V-XQY composite artificial sand and stone air separation and dedusting machine by combining our company's ultra-fine powder grading machine with a V-type separator. This product can classify materials into various sizes of sand and powder, meeting market demands and gaining widespread recognition from users.


This product is now used as a specialized artificial sand deflocculant for high-strength concrete projects, dam projects, and reconstruction projects in high-altitude nations.



Artificial sand with particle sizes ranging from 0 to 4.75 mm is produced through a crusher, sand-making machine, and vibration sieve. The sand is then fed into the machine's feeding opening using conveying equipment, entering the discharging area. Under the influence of several groups of guide plates and impact plates, sand particles of different sizes fall at varying speeds, resulting in multiple relative abrasions between particles. This process peels off the silt and stone dust on the sand particles' surface, allowing them to quickly脱离 the sand under the action of wind, effectively cleaning the sand thoroughly.


  

Technical Features


Sorting Principle: The product features multiple grading systems. By utilizing aeronautical aerodynamics analysis to optimize the material flow field, the equipment's operating resistance is significantly reduced, achieving high sorting efficiency and remarkable energy saving. It outperforms the traditional water-washing sand and stone sorting production process.


The V-shaped disintegration and grading area structure is simple and consumes less material; without an electric disintegration device, the pressure difference loss is minimal, the operation is stable, and energy consumption is saved.


Highly Precise Grading: The powder separator employs a state-patented "eddy current rectifier," where the airflow inside the rectifier only rises and does not rotate relative to the rotor. The material is repeatedly cleaned in the sorting area, resulting in high grading precision.

Operation Simplified: The cage-type rotor features variable-frequency stepless speed control. Wide adjustment range, easy and sensitive quality regulation, reliable performance.


High-classification efficiency: The "V" type disintegration selection zone is equipped with multi-layer disintegration and classification plates, which repeatedly disintegrate and blow away, resulting in almost no fine powder in the discharged coarse powder. In the sedimentation classification zone, the powder outlet has an airflow to blow away the fine powder in the medium material once again, greatly reducing the fine powder content in the medium material. The sieve rotor classification zone has added guide plates, making the classification more accurate and effective.


Wear-resistant components require minimal maintenance and have a long service life: The main components of this deduster, which are prone to wear, are made of imported abrasion-resistant steel, effectively extending the lifespan. The entire unit has undergone dynamic balancing correction, ensuring smooth operation across the entire speed range.


The main shaft bearing seal now employs a new design concept, effectively addressing both significant issues of dust entry into the bearing and oil leakage, thereby significantly extending the service life of the bearing.


During the initial design of the deflaking machine, the principle of mechanical vibration reduction was employed to ensure that the vibration frequency of the sorting machine base does not form an integer multiple relationship with the inherent frequency of the sorting machine, thereby fundamentally solving the long-standing resonance issue associated with sorting machines.


The coarse sand pipes, medium-coarse bricks pipes, and fine bricks pipes all utilize double-locked air valves, significantly reducing the system's air leakage rate and overcoming the previous defect of excessive dust during the operation of the de-dusting machine.


The system utilizes dual-locked air dampers and internal recirculating air to effectively reduce system air leakage and minimize dust emissions during operation.


The compound separator has undergone numerous modifications, evolving from a simple four-way split to one that matches the fineness modulus of concrete, and has been successfully implemented on several projects.
