Casting TubeThe methods include: foundation grouting reinforcement, increasing the foundation base area, anchor rod static pile, and tree root pile method. Foundation grouting reinforcement is suitable for reinforcing foundations that have cracks due to uneven settlement, frost heave, or other reasons. The slurry primarily uses cement slurry, with a water-cement ratio of 0.5~0.6, or epoxy resin can be used instead. First, drill holes at the crack locations, with no less than 2 holes on each side of the foundation; the strip foundation can be drilled along the longitudinal distance of 1.5 to 2.0 meters from the foundation, and there should be at least 2 rows. During grouting work, first drill holes at the original crack damage on the foundation, the diameter of the grouting pipe can be 25mm, the angle of inclination of the hole from the horizontal plane should not be less than 30°, and the diameter of the hole should be 2-3mm larger than the diameter of the grouting pipe. The distance between holes can be 0.5-1.0 meters.
Grouting pressure can be set between 0.1-0.3 MPa. If the slurry does not settle, gradually increase the pressure to 0.6 MPa. If the slurry does not settle within 10-15 minutes, the grouting can be terminated. The effective grouting diameter is 0.6-1.2 meters. The method of increasing the foundation area is suitable for reinforcing foundations of existing buildings where the bearing capacity or size of the foundation area does not meet the design requirements. Concrete or reinforced concrete sleeves can be used to increase the foundation area.
