Color steel glazed tiles are made by pressing flat colored steel plates through a color steel forming machine. The colored steel plates can be divided into many types, but broadly, they can be categorized into roofing materials and wall panel materials. Color steel glazed tiles are generally used as roofing materials, laid on roofs constructed with steel structures, ensuring both the aesthetic appeal of the building and extending its service life.

There is a certain distance between each row for placing the pressure mold shafts. Designers design corresponding shafts based on the shape of the sheets. The shafts are connected by chains, and an additional reducer drives one shaft. The reducer is controlled automatically by a PLC system. The length of the color steel glazed tile sheets can be controlled according to demand, resulting in ideal sheets.
