Color steel glass tiles

Color steel glazed tiles are made by pressing flat colored steel plates through a color steel forming machine. The colored steel plates can be divided into many types, but broadly speaking, they can be categorized into roofing materials and walling materials. Color steel glazed tiles are generally used as roofing materials, laid on roofs constructed with steel structures, which ensures both the architectural aesthetics and extends the building's lifespan.

Structural steel buildings offer the advantage of resource conservation. Load-bearing walls are constructed using steel shapes, such as C-section and Z-section steel, followed by composite panels for the exterior walls. The roof is covered with color steel glazed tiles.

Galvanized琉璃tile production equipment is all made of cast iron and steel. The bottom is constructed with H-beams as the base, with two supporting frames above, arranged in multiple rows. There is a certain distance between each row to accommodate the pressure mold shafts. The designer designs the shafts according to the shape of the sheets. Shafts are connected by chains, with a reduction gear driving one shaft. The reduction gear is controlled automatically by a PLC system. It can control the length of the Galvanized琉璃tile sheets as required, producing ideal sheets.
