Bridge guardrail construction注意事项

1. During the guardrail construction, it is crucial to accurately obtain information on all facilities, particularly the precise locations of various pipelines embedded in the subgrade. Any damage to underground utilities is strictly prohibited during construction. In cases where there are underground communication pipelines, drainage pipes, or insufficient backfill depth over culvert tops, adjust the pillar positions or alter the pillar anchoring methods.

2. If a column is driven too deep, do not pull it out to straighten it; instead, remove all columns, recompact their foundations, and then drive them back in, or adjust the column positions.

3. Bridge guardrails should be fitted with flanges, ensuring proper flange positioning and control of the column top elevation.
