1. The coating thickness should meet the development requirements of the educational design. Thicknesses below the original standard should reach over 85% of the original standard. The continuous area length of the foot should not exceed 1 meter.
The coating should be completely sealed, with no exposed or missed areas.
The coating should not have cracks; if any students have individual cracks, the width should not exceed 1mm.
The bonding between the coating and the steel substrate, as well as between coatings, should be firm, without any hollowing, peeling, or loosening.
5. The coating surface should be free of protuberances and should have areas that meet the appearance requirements. The allowable deviation of the busbar roughness and roundness should not exceed 8 millimeters.
