2The positioning of the mold is fixed with a locking mechanism, ensuring easy and precise alignment of the hydraulic nozzle assembly and mold adjustment.
3Due to the molding product removal and insertion being performed at the molding station, operations are efficient. Moreover, it is easy to install automation equipment, utilizing DC solenoid valves and non-impact hydraulic feedback, resulting in low machine operation noise.
