Machine tool beds are cast in gray iron, featuring a compact structure, good stability, and strong rigidity.
Machine tools feature semi-automatic cycles; grinding feed rate, grinding speed, and dressing speed are automatically adjustable.
Machine tool parameter settings and adjustments are made via a touch screen, enabling human-machine dialogue for intuitive and convenient operation.
The machine tool feed is driven by a Japanese Mitsubishi servo motor via a coupling to power the ball screw movement. The guide rail features a cross-type roller steel guide rail, ensuring excellent rigidity.
The reciprocating hydraulic part of the workbench is automatically controlled by a PLC.
Machine tool workpieces can be clamped using a variety of fixtures, including three-jaw chucks, pneumatic clamps, hydraulic clamps, and diaphragm clamps, for user selection.
Grinding wheel shaft for abrasive use features a high-speed electrical main spindle, controlled by a variable frequency converter to achieve stepless speed regulation.
