The Pre-cast Paving System overcomes the drawbacks of traditional colored pavers, such as poor integrity, easy loosening, uneven surfaces, and splashing mud, which cause inconvenience. With its superior flatness, straightforward process, and strong three-dimensional texture, the colored paving not only tackles the challenges of long construction periods, concrete cracking, hollowing, peeling, and delamination that often occur in traditional ground installation, but also addresses the issues of uneven installation caused by the varying dimensions and thicknesses of natural materials.

Pressed Concrete Pavement Features
1. Excellent water-resistant surface, high anti-slip performance, vibrant colors, and swift construction—complete in a single night. High laying efficiency translates to lower labor costs, particularly suitable for safe road surface construction.
Traffic delays caused by construction have been significantly reduced, thanks to specially manufactured modified polyurethane adhesives that have greatly shortened the time needed to continue the construction of the newly opened highway.
Reducing the workspace area, a single-lane road's space is sufficient for construction, resulting in low costs. In Europe, this solution is approximately half the cost of other plans and reduces noise. The fine structure made of aggregates conducts sound, and when applied to concrete roads, it can lower noise by 3 to 4 decibels.
Slashing Splashback, Reducing Braking Distance: The anti-slip feature can reduce braking distance by 40%. Additionally, heavy-duty trucks will not lock up during braking on turns.
5. Reduced thickness: The planned thickness is 3-4MM, requiring no adjustment to street equipment and not affecting drainage. Lightweight: The covering layer per square meter weighs only 3.35 kilograms.

Pressed Concrete Paving Construction Technique
Once the concrete is properly placed on-site, it is vibrated and floated to bring up the paste. Then, a color hardener (dry powder) is evenly sprinkled onto the concrete surface, creating a colored layer of approximately 3 millimeters. Professional tools are used to blend the hardener into the concrete surface, ensuring a seamless integration, followed by a surface smoothing operation.
2. Begin to evenly sprinkle (colored) release powder when the surface starts to solidify but has not yet hardened.
Using selected rubber molds to press on the surface, completing the surface pattern treatment.
After 4-7 days of maintenance, perform an acid wash on the floor surface; remove the color of the demolding powder from the protruding parts, completing the surface color treatment.
5. A clear protective coating is applied to the cementitious stamping flooring for surface anti-pollution, anti-slip treatment, and sealing reinforcement. At this point, the concrete base has fully cured into one with the colored reinforcing layer, and the surface strength and wear resistance are over three times higher than that of standard concrete surfaces.
