Fire-resistant cables are those capable of maintaining safe operation for a certain period under flame combustion conditions. China's national standard GB12666.6 (equivalent to IEC331) categorizes fire-resistance tests into two levels: Level A with flame temperatures ranging from 950 to 1000°C, and a continuous flame supply time of 90 minutes; Level B with flame temperatures from 750 to 800°C, and a continuous flame supply time of 90 minutes. Throughout the testing period, the specimens must withstand the rated voltage values specified for the product. They are widely used in high-rise buildings, underground rail systems, underground streets, large-scale power stations, and important industrial and mining enterprises, among other places related to fire safety and firefighting rescue. This includes power lines and control lines for emergency facilities such as fire equipment and emergency guide lights.

1. Rated Voltage: U./U (V Series: 600/1000V, K Series: 450/750V, B Series: 450/750V).

2. High Long-Term Working Temperature for Cables

(1) Fluorinated ethylene propylene insulating and sheathing: 70°C and 105°C versions; Cross-linked polyethylene insulation: 90°C

(2) Fluoroplastic Insulation and Sheath: Two types available, 220°C and 260°C; Fluoroplastic Insulation with 105°C Flame Retardant Polyfluoroethylene Sheath: Two types available, 90°C and 125°C.

(3) Low-halogen, low-smoke flame-retardant PVC insulation and sheath: 70℃; halogen-free, low-smoke flame-retardant polyolefin insulation and sheath: 90℃ and 125℃ options.

3. Low Environmental Temperatures:

Flame-retardant polyvinyl chloride insulation and sheath: Fixed installation -40℃; Non-fixed installation -15℃.

(2) Fluorinated plastic insulation and sheath: Fixed installation -60℃; Non-fixed installation -20℃;

The temperature for safe cable laying should not be below 0°C.

5. Fire Resistance Properties:

Compliant with IEC 331 standards, meets GB 12666.6 regulations

6. Recommended bend radius for laying: Non-armored, braided shielded cables should not be less than 6 times the cable outer diameter.

Steel armor cables should be not less than 12 times the diameter of the cable.

Insulation and sheath materials for fluoroplastic cables should not be less than 8 times the cable's outer diameter.
