How to operate the密封test instrument: 1. Installation and tuning, 1. Place the acrylic glass cylinder on the instrument cabinet. 2. Connect a stable compressed air source to the "compressed air" intake pipe of the密封test instrument (located on the left rear end of the base) for waterproof testing in bulk, and connect the vacuum output (on the right rear end of the base) and the quick connector on the acrylic glass cylinder. 3. Fill the cylinder with a certain amount of clean water, up to about 10mm above the pressure plate surface (but do not allow the water to be suctioned out after adding the test sample). 4. Close the sealing cover of the acrylic glass cylinder, turn the switch on the密封test instrument to the "on" position, and adjust the control knob of the instrument. First, ensure the knob is locked (i.e., pressed down), for waterproof testing supply. If locked, slightly pull the knob up first when adjusting, then rotate to fine-tune, and observe the vacuum pressure gauge, adjusting the pressure to the desired level. Turn the switch on the instrument to the "off" position to close the air path, start pressure holding, and start timing. Press the knob down to fix the position once the desired stable pressure is achieved. 5. After completion, turn the switch on the密封test instrument to the "on" position, open the sealing cover to remove the sample, place the next set of samples, and start the next test.
