The weld seams are tracked using laser scanning, and a variety of welding parameters can be set through the touch screen. The control panel features buttons for start, stop, and emergency stop.
The Heavy-duty Shrimp Bend Automatic Welding System is composed of a 6-axis welding robot, a positioner, a walking track, a weld scan system, heavy-duty clamps, a control system, and a welding power supply. It is designed to replace manual shrimp bend welding, eliminating the need for human intervention during the welding process. Human operation is only required for loading materials before welding and unloading after welding. The system is based on graphical parameter settings, real-time modeling with laser scanning, and fitting the weld to meet the correction requirements for irregular products.
