I. Features:
Due to the use of thermal decomposition during the incineration process and precise control at different stages, the thermal engineering standards stipulated by the engineering design execution standards are achieved.
② Due to the pyrolysis furnace burning under anaerobic conditions, the air stirring intensity inside the furnace is low, resulting in fewer particulates in the flue gas.
③ The high-temperature oxidation process is completed in the secondary combustion chamber, where organic matter is fully oxidized and decomposed, resulting in low organic gas content in the flue gas.
④ Due to the high-temperature combustion of waste, the residue contains almost no organic matter.
⑤ The volume and weight of the residue are less than 5% of the original solid waste (excluding original inorganic matter), and the organic matter removal rate reaches 99.9%, thus significantly reducing the treatment cost of the subsequent slag.
